Crock-Pot Baked Spaghetti

Spaghetti taken to a different level! And, cooked in a slow cooker.

Spaghetti is an easy dinner to make on the stove top and even the slow cooker. My kids love this baked spaghetti recipe. And I love making it in a double or triple batch for a family crowd and serving it out of the slow cooker.

The nice thing about this recipe is you can change it up a little and just make it better. My daughter will add a tablespoon of brown sugar to the spaghetti sauce before adding it to the slow cooker. You can easily add in sliced mushrooms, chopped green pepper and even some chopped yellow onion. It all depends on your family’s likes.

Slow cooker Baked Spaghetti is easy to make and one the family will enjoy. Cheesy and delicious and great with garlic bread.

  • 1 32oz Jarred Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 Pound Extra Lean Ground Beef browned and drained
  • 3 Cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1 16oz Spaghetti Noodles uncooked and broken into 3 pieces
  • 1 4oz Cream Cheese cubed
  • 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese


  • On the stove top, brown ground beef and garlic. Crumble and drain.
  • Add the cooked ground beef, spaghetti sauce, spices and cream cheese to a 5 qt crock-pot.
  • Stir in the broken uncooked spaghetti noodles.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover and Cook on LOW for 4 hours or once the noodles are cooked.
  • Serve with garlic bread. Enjoy!
