Crock-Pot Cheesy Bacon Ranch Potatoes
This is one of my favorite recipes to make in the slow cooker. The first time I made it, it was just to see if it was something I would like. My kids refused to touch it because “ewww there are onions in it”. But that just meant more for me!
I cooked it up and found that it was very tasty and delicious and full of flavor. I made a lunch container to take some of the leftovers to work for lunch. Of course, once I heated up my lunch, everyone was asking what I was eating and everyone was asking to try it. I ended up giving the recipe to 3 co-workers that day. Everyone loved the potatoes!
The following week, a co-worker told me she made them the weekend before for her kids. She said her oldest son love them and ate just about the entire dish. She confirmed these are a hit.
I sliced the potatoes but you could also quarter the potatoes or slice and halve. this is really a personal preference on how your family likes the potatoes.
Onions are the same thing. I like the sliced onions but my kids do not like to notice the onions. Chopping the onions into smaller pieces would also be good.
