Crock-Pot Chocolate Bread Pudding

Even though I normally say that bread puddings are good for breakfast or dessert, this one is more a dessert. Sweet taste of chocolate make this a sweet favorite for a night time snack.  Sprinkle a little powder sugar on top prior to serving to make it complete.

This recipe can also be cooked in the oven. Preheat the oven 350 degrees. Use a well greased 9×13 (9×9 if you want thicker pieces) and bake for 25-30 minutes (longer if using a smaller pan) or until the middle has set.
