Crock-Pot Easy Pork Chops
This is by far the easiest recipe to make but just because it is easy and has 3 ingredients, does not mean it is not tasty! The pork chops come out moist and delicious and the sauce is very tasty on both rice and mashed potatoes! (yes I have made this multiple times). This is one of my favorite recipes to make.
I like to serve this with a side of white rice with the extra sauce on top.
If you have any leftovers of the Crock-Pot Easy Pork Chop recipe , this make a great lunch the next day. It does freeze well for up to 2 months.
I keep a jar of my own Cream of Anything soup mix. It is nice to be able to make it knowing what the ingredients are. It is also pretty tasty and easy to use.
Make your own “Cream of Anything ” soup mix
4 cup powdered milk
1 1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup instant chicken bouillon granules or Beef, or Vegetable (Depending on the type of base you want to make!)
4 teaspoon dried onion flakes
2 teaspoon dried thyme
2 teaspoon basil crushed and dried
1 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
To use: Combine 1/3 up mix, 1 cup water and 1 tablespoon unsalted butter in a saucepan and whisk until thick. Add in mushrooms or chicken for the appropriate type of creamed soup you want.
Store mix in air tight bag or container for up to one year.
