Crock-Pot Nacho Cheese Dip
My kids have loads of sleepovers. I like that my kids prefer to stay at home on the weekend and enjoy the atmosphere at home. And, that they want their friends here also.
I like to have snack type foods in my refrigerator for the kids to heat up and eat late at night when they get hungry. When I know there are kids going to be here, I toss something in the slow cooker that hopefully they will like.
4 Ingredients in this easy to make dip. Brown the hamburger on the stove top and drain any drippings prior to adding the cooked hamburger to the slow cooker. The other three ingredients just add in and give a good stir. I find it best to chunk the processed American cheese into smaller pieces to allow for a more even cooking.
Stir well before serving. If serving straight from the slow cooker, turn the cooker to WARM after the Nacho Cheese Dip is ready.
I let the kids pretty much serve themselves from the slow cooker. They enjoyed this with tortilla chips and some corn chips we had.
