Crock-Pot Party Kielbasa

Crock-Pot Party Kielbasa

I love going to potlucks and finding someone made the Party Meatballs. You know the ones that have the grape jelly and the barbecue sauce. The ones that I can eat just about the entire slow cooker of meatballs. Those are definately one of my all time favorite party appetizers.

This is a runner up to the Party Meatballs. This is made with Kielbasa or Polish Sausage. Slice the Kielbasa into bite size pieces and put them in the slow cooker. Add the grape jelly and your favorite barbecue sauce and allow the slow cooker to do the rest of the cooking.

There is another variation of the sauce that is just as good and easy to make. Substitute cranberry jelly for the grape jelly in this recipe. The end result is very similar and just as good.

Serve with toothpicks or a spoon to spoon them into bowls. Either way these are a quick and easy appetizer that are a definite crowd pleaser.
