Crock-Pot Pizza Bread
I love making this bread. My kids love it and their friends love it. The nice thing is you can add more ingredients based on what you like on your pizza. Like mushrooms, add some sliced mushrooms. Pepperoni not you thing and you like sausage instead, add in cooked sausage instead.

What you have not eaten needs to be kept in the fridge. Leftovers, heat the bread up in the microwave. Just as good as a leftover as it is fresh out of the oven.

Crock-Pot Pizza Bread
Delicious bread with pizza goodness in the middle. Make in the slow cooker or in the stove.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup All Purpose White Flour
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 2 Medium Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Cup Pepperoni Slices
- 1/2 Cup Marinara Sauce
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pepper.
- Add in the eggs, olive oil, milk, 1/4 cup of the parmesan cheese, mozzarella and the pepperoni slices.
- Line a 5 qt crock-pot with parchment paper.
- Add one half the batter to the crock-pot, a layer of marinara sauce, and then the rest of the batter. Top with the remaining parmesan cheese.
- Cover and Cook on HIGH for 2 hours or unitl the middle is cooked.
- Serve and enjoy!
