Crock-Pot Pork Chop Stroganoff

Pork chops are one of the easiest food items to cook in a slow cooker.Bone in or no bone chops and some ingredients and turn the slow cooker on. That is it. Not too much to it and the only way to ruin the dish is to cook it with too little liquid ingredients or for too long. My pork chops always come out moist and delicious and full of flavor.

I used a 5 qt slow cooker for this recipe but a 6 qt would also work nicely. Bone-in pork chops take a little longer to cook then a boneless chop. I used bone-in chops for this recipe and it took just close to 5 1/2 hours to cook the 4 chops.

I cook up some egg noodles and serve the chops over the top of the noodles. Pour some of the liquid over the top making sure to get plenty of the mushrooms over the top and serve. This can also be served over cooked rice or mashed potatoes.
