I love the taste of stuffing at Thanksgiving. there are so many different ways to make stuffing homemade but if you prefer a premade box type, Stove Top has a very good boxed version. Few ingredients and your stuffing is perfect.

This recipe includes the use of a boxed version and 4 pork chops. Add in two more ingredients and let the slow cooker do the rest of the work.

To make this a meal, add a simple vegetable side dish for your family. You can also add in a pound or a pound and a half of fresh green beans to the slow cooker. The beans will come out tender and full of flavor and really just adds to the meal.

This makes for great leftover lunches the next day, if you have any left. My kids like eating just the stuffing mix. They said it comes out so moist and yummy and full of flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 1 10.5 oz Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 6 oz Stove Top Stuffing Mix
  • 2 14.5 oz Low Sodium Chicken Broth

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, mix the stuffing mix and the chicken broth. Allow this to sit for 10 minutes or until the broth has been absorbed.
  • Add the pork chops to the bottom of a 4 qt or 5 qt slow cooker.
  • Pour the mushroom soup over the top of the pork chops.
  • Spoon the prepared stuffing mix on top of the soup evenly.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.
  • Serve.
