Crock-Pot Sweet Sriracha Meatballs
My family likes to get together a lot. Each year it seems like we grow ever so slightly. Nephews get girlfriends or a new family member is added to the group. Each gathering, I try to bring something new for everyone to try.
Our last gathering, everyone was trying the crazy hot and spicy chips. Some of us can handle it (yes I love hot items) and some of us try but can not manage the hot items. After having fun with the chips, I had to bring the Sweet Sriracha meatballs!
These cooked up quick and easy with little work. The end result was a tasty but spicy meatball. These were one that everyone had to try but only a few could manage.
If they are too hot for you, cut the sriracha sauce in half and substitute it with apricot preserves.
