Crock-Pot White Pizza Dip
My kids love trying new dips! Each time I am making something new, the kids are in the kitchen asking many questions. They always look around to see what I am using and then want to know what it is and if they can try it!
I prefer dips that are made with cream cheese as I like the creaminess that the cream cheese adds to the dip and it also makes for a nice dip for dipping with chips. I used a mild ground sausage as my preferred choice of sausage and is one that I use for pizza.
Don’t have any Italian Seasoning in your cabinet? You can mix your own with this recipe:
Homemade Italian Seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano.
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram.
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage.
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme.
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil.
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary.
Mix the dry spices in a bowl. Store any extra in an air tight container.
You could easily ramp this Crock-Pot White Pizza Dip up another notch by adding in some of your favorite pizza toppings. Some chopped green pepper, black olives, Canadian Bacon and even a little chopped pineapple would make this dip even better.
