Crock-Pot Apple Pudding Cake

I love using my casserole slow cooker pot. I can cook just about anything in the dish and it comes out just like it was cooked in the oven. And it does not heat up my kitchen and I can use it in the camper during the summer months.

I have made this recipe many a time in the oven. My kids love the moistness of the cake and the cooked apples. They also love that I add in a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of caramel over the top. Great family dessert and full of flavor!

My kids love the taste and I love that it is homemade. Do not get me wrong, I love using my cake mixes and brownie mixes but there is the warm feeling of knowing what is in a dessert and knowing that it is good for the kids.

Any leftovers, keep in an air tight container in the fridge. This dessert is just as good cold as it is warm out of the oven.
