Crock-Pot Double Decker Cookie Brownies

This is that dessert that seems all fancy and hard to make when in reality it is two different types of desserts in one. I did use a homemade recipe for chocolate chip cookies but you can use a premade cookie dough.

Crock-Pot Double Decker Cookie Brownies

My oldest daughter loves to make different desserts. She saw a recipe for a double layer cookie and decided to make it. But, she had to use what she knew and that was brownies and chocolate chip cookies.  She put in the brownie mix first then add spoonfuls of the cookie dough over the top. She wanted a little cookie in each bite but could not spread the cookies mixture.

That was her first attempt. The second time around, I suggested she add the cookie dough first. It is thicker and easier to spread when it is the first ingredient to the double decker cookie brownie! The brownie batter went second and poured easy over the cookies. She then cooked it.

They came out moist and delicious and did not last very long. I must say that she did very good on her double decker cookie brownies!
