Crock-Pot Honey Bun Cake

I have a fascination with all the recipes and foods that can be made with just a simple yellow cake mix. This is one of those recipes. The dry yellow cake mix forms the basis of this recipe. You want to layer the cake mix portion with the nut mix portion to give the cake its layered look.

This recipe can also be cooked in the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Use a well greased 9×13 baking pan. Cook the cake for 43-47 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the middle.
