Crock-Pot Pork Chops with Onions

Pork chops are really easy to make in the slow cooker and come out moist and delicious. And it is easy to switch up the flavor and take your dinner to a different level with just a few different ingredients!

I used a Vidalia Onion for this recipe. I love the flavor of a Vidalia Onion and it does not have that “bite” of a typical onion. Cut an onion in half and then slice it. You want to be able to separate the onion slice into individual long pieces before you place them in the slow cooker.

Mix up the ingredients, add the pork chops and top with onions. That is it for this recipe to cook. Put the lid on the slow cooker and let it cook slow and low.

Serve either over mashed potatoes or egg noodles. Make sure to get a little of the juices on top of the pork chop to get plenty of flavor in your meal.
