Crock-Pot Peaches and Cream Oatmeal
Steel cut oats and peaches combine with whipped cream cheese and some brown sugar to make this easy Peaches and Cream Oatmeal in the slow cooker.

- 3 Medium Peaches peeled, pitted and cut into chunks
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar packed
- 3 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Steel Cut Oats
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 6 Tablespoons Whipped Cream Cheese
In a medium bowl, toss the peaches, sugar and cinnamon. Add these to a 4 qt or 5 qt slow cooker.
Mix in the steel cut oats, milk, water and vanilla extract and stir well.
Spoon the cream cheese on top evenly.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
