Crock-Pot BBQ Beer Pulled Pork
Slow cooked pulled pork in your favorite beer for additional flavor. Mix in your favorite BBQ sauce and serve on buns.

- 4-5 Pound Pork Butt Roast
- 1 16 oz BBQ Sauce
- 1 12 oz Domestic Beer
- 1 Medium Yellow Onion diced
On the stove top, sear the outside of the roast.
Add the roast, beer and onion to a 4 qt or larger crock-pot.
Cover and Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
Shred the roast with a fork and add in the BBQ sauce.
Cook on additional 2 hours on LOW.
Serve on toasted buns.
