- 1 Pound Brussels Sprouts
- 3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
Wash and trim the ends of the Brussels Sprouts and add to a 4 quart or larger slow cooker.
Add the Dijon mustard and toss the Brussels sprouts to coat.
Cover and Cook on HIGH for 2 hours.
Sprinkle the sprouts with shredded parmesan cheese and serve. Enjoy!
