Instructions
Add the chicken to a 4 qt or 5 qt slow cooker.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix the onion, garlic, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, vegetable oil and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
Pour the liquid over the top of the chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is fully cooked.
Remove the chicken, slice the chicken or use a fork to shred.
Put the chicken back into the sauce. Serve over rice and sprinkle the sesame seeds over the top.
