Add walnuts and butter to a 5 qt or larger crock-pot. Heat on HIGH until the butter melts.
Sprinkle the powder sugar over the walnuts and stir well coating the walnuts.
Sprinkle the remaining ingredients over the walnuts and continue to stir.
Heat on HIGH for 2 hours stirring occasionally.
Cut a piece of parchment paper and lay on a counter. Spoon the coated walnuts onto the parchment paper and spread them out. Allow them to cool and dry. Store in an air tight container.
