Crock-Pot Pork Chops with Mushrooms

Moist and delicious pork chops cooked with mushrooms and onions. Full of flavor and great for a family dinner. Serve over mashed potatoes.

  • 4 Boneless or Bone-In Pork Chops
  • 1 Medium Yellow Onion sliced
  • 8 oz Button Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 1/4 oz Dry Onion Soup Mix envelope
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 10.75 oz Can Cream of Mushroom Soup


  • Add the pork chops to a 4 qt or 5 qt slow cooker.
  • Top with the sliced onions and mushrooms.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the dry soup mix, water and the soup.
  • Pour the liquid over the top of the onions and mushrooms.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Serve over mashed potatoes or cooked egg noodles.
