  • 1 Cup Steel Cut Oatmeal
  • 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 3 Cups Milk
  • 2 Medium Ripe Bananas mashed
  • 3 Tablespoons Light or Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract


  • Add all the ingredients to a 3 qt or 5 qt slow cooker.
  • Stir well.
  • Cook on LOW for 7 hours.
  • Serve and eat immediately.
