Crock-Pot Pork Chops with Mushroom and Onion Gravy
Crock-Pot Pork Chops with Mushroom and Onion Gravy cooked in the slow cooker and full of mushrooms and onions. Serve over white rice or noodles.
- 4 Pork Chops
- 1 10.5 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 10.5 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 oz Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 1 7 oz Can of Mushrooms drained
- 3/4 Cup Water
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
Season the pork chops with the salt and pepper and place the chops in the bottom of a 4 qt or 5 qt slow cooker.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, dry onion soup mix, drained mushrooms and the water.
Pour the liquid over the top of the pork chops.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.
Serve over rice or egg noodles.
