Bacon, chopped tomatoes, cream cheese and spinach in this 4 ingredients Crock-Pot Bacon and Spinach Dip. Tasty and delicious.

  • 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 10.5 oz Can of Diced Tomatos and Green Chiles
  • 1 12 oz Package of Bacon cooked, drained and diced
  • 1 10 oz Frozen or Canned Spinach excess water squeezed out


  • On the stove top, cook the bacon. Drain any drippings and dice.
  • Add the cooked bacon and the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours.
  • Serve on warm from the slow cooker with toasted bread pieces or tortilla chips.
