Crock-Pot Spiced Peach Oatmeal
Tasty Peach Oatmeal spiced perfectly and full of fresh fruit. Cooked overnight in the slow cooker to perfection. Delicious for breakfast.
- 28 oz canned sliced peaches drained
- 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 1 Cup Steel Cut Oats
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Add the peaches, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, ground nutmeg and steel cut oats to a 4 qt or 5 qt slow cooker. Mix well.
Add in the milk, water and pure vanilla extract and stir.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
