Crock-Pot Blueberry Butter

Fresh or frozen blueberries and 3 other ingredients to make this easy and tasty Blueberry Butter in the slow cooker. One pint of fruity deliciousness.

  • 5 Cups Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 Cup Granulated White Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice PLUS zest from one lemon


  • In a blender, puree the blueberries.
  • Add the pureed blueberries, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice and the lemon zest to a 4 qt crock-pot.
  • Cook with the lid slightly ajar on LOW for 4 hours or until the mixture thickens.
  • Will make one pint jar of blueberry butter.
  • Store in the refrigerator until used.
