Crock-Pot Corn on the Cob
Sweet corn on the cob cooked in the slow cooker. Easy to make and a great addition to any meal.

- 6-8 ears of corn husked and broken in half
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 5 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 3/4 cup Water
Brush the ears of corn with olive oil.
Add the corn to a 4 qt or 5 qt slow cooker. Pour the water in the bottom and add the butter in tabs to the top of the corn.
Cover and cook on HIGH 3-4 hours.
Serve straight from the slow cooker.
