Fit a piece of parchment paper in a 4 qt or larger crock-pot.
In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar and cocoa powder.
Add the bread cubes, raisins and chocolate chips to the crock-pot.
Pour the liquid mixture over the bread making sure the bread is covered in the liquid.
Cover and Cook on LOW for 3 hours.
This recipe can also be cooked in the oven. Preheat the oven 350 degrees. Use a well greased 9x13 (9x9 if you want thicker pieces) and bake for 25-30 minutes (longer if using a smaller pan) or until the middle has set.
