Crock-Pot Creamy Chicken Stew

Creamy Chicken Stew made in the slow cooker. Full of chicken and potatoes. Great on a cold day or with a sandwich for a side.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts diced or shredded
  • 1/2 medium yellow onion diced
  • 5 medium red potatoes diced
  • 8 oz frozen green beans
  • 3 medium Carrots diced
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 1 stalk celery diced
  • 1 14.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 2oz dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Add the chicken, veggies, cream of chicken soup, and the seasoning to the 4 or 5 qt slow cooker.
  • Pour the chicken broth over the top and stir to combine.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is cooked.
  • 20 minutes before serving, add in the milk and sour cream and stir.
  • Serve.
