Crock-Pot Pumpkin Dump Cake

Pumpkin Pie in a quick and easy dump cake. Top with whipped cream!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz Canned Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 12 oz Evaporated Milk
  • 4 Medium Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cups White Sugar
  • 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 2 Teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Stick Butter melted
  • 1 Cup Chopped Pecans

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  • Pour the batter mixture in a 4 qt or larger crock-pot.
  • Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the batter.
  • Add melted butter evenly over the top of the dry cake mix.
  • Cover and Cook on HIGH for 2 hours.
  • Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.

Notes

This recipe can also be made in the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Use a well greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the middle has set.
