Crock-Pot Sausage & Pepper Jack Queso Dip
Easy dip with 4 ingredients.
Cook the sausage on the stove and drain any drippings. Add the sausage and the other three ingredients to the slow cooker. Cover and let the slow cooker cook the ingredients.
Pepper Jack cheese is a little spicy but not as much as I thought it would be. The end result is a thick and chunky dip that is tasty on chips or toasted slices of bread.
Want to spice it up a little? Instead of mild pork sausage, use a spicy or hot pork sausage. You can also add in some chopped jalapenos to bump it up even more.
