Crock-Pot Banana Jam
3 ingredients in this delicious and addicting Crock-Pot Banana Jam! Great on toast or an English muffin.
- 3 whole Bananas no brown spots, mashed
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice fresh squeezed
- 2 cups Granulated White Sugar
Add ingredients to crock-pot.
Cook on low for 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes or until the mixture bubbles up and almost doubles in size.
Turn off the slow cooker and allow to cool.
Spoon into a refrigerator safe container. Makes 2 pint jars or almost 1 quart (just shy).
