Crock-Pot Island Kielbasa
Sweet pineapple and kielbasa combine for this tasty and easy appetizer. 2 hours and 4 ingredients is all it takes. Grab a pineapple chunk and a kielbasa bite with a toothpick and enjoy.
- 2 Pounds Polish Kielbasa
- 1 20 oz PIneapple Chunks including juice
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar packed
Sliced the Polish Kielbasa into bite size pieces.
Add the kielbasa, ketchup, brown sugar and pineapple (including the juice) to a 4 qt or 5 qt slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours.
Serve with toothpicks.
