Crock-Pot Sausage & Pepper Jack Queso Dip
Easy 4 ingredient dip made in the slow cooker. Tasty, spicy and delicious on tortilla chips or toasted bread slices.
- 1 16 oz Pork Sausage cooked, crumbled and drained
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Salsa Verde
- 1 8 oz Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
On the stove top, cook the sausage. Drain and drippings.
Add the cooked sausage, milk, salsa verde and pepper jack cheese to a 4 qt slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips or toasted French Bread slices.
