Crock-Pot Queso with Chorizo
Spicy Chorizo and onions in a delicious and easy to make Crock-Pot Queso with Chorizo.
- 1 6 oz Chorizo cooked and drained
- 1 8 oz Processed American Cheese like Velveeta and cubed
- 1 Small Yellow Onion diced
- 1 4 oz Green Chiles
- 2 Medium jalapenos diced
- 3/4 Teaspoon Chipolte Chile Powder
- 2 1/2 Cups Half n Half
- 1 4 oz Queso Fresco
On the stove top, brown the chorizo, onions and jalapenos. Drain any drippings.
Add the cooked chorizo and the remaining ingredients to a 4 qt slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.
