Crock-Pot Hawaiian Pineapple Chicken
Hawaiian Pineapple Chicken cooked in the slow cooker. Tasty and sweet and easy to make!
- 4 chicken quarters
- 1 20oz can of pineapple chunks and juice
- 1 medium Yellow Onion chopped
- 3 tablespoon Honey
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Light or Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic minced
In a small bowl, mix honey, onion, soy sauce, brown sugar, grated ginger close and pineapple chunks.
Place the chicken in a 4 qt or 5 qt slow cooker.
Pour the mixed ingredients over the top of the chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
Serve with a side of rice.
