Crock-Pot Creamy Spinach Tortellini Soup

- 1 19 oz Frozen Cheese Tortellini
- 1 10 oz Frozen Spinach squeeze any excess liquid
- 2 10.5 oz Italian Style diced tomatoes
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 8oz Cream Cheese cubed
- 1 16 oz Pork Sausage browned, crumbled and drained
On the stove top, brown the sausage. Drain any drippings.
Add the chicken broth, cream cheese, cooked sausage, Italian style diced tomatoes and the spinach to a 5 qt or larger slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
Add the tortellini at 4 hours and cook for an additional 1 hour on LOW.
Remove from the heat and serve.
