In a 4 qt crock-pot, mix the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, ground cloves, and the apple cider.
Cover and Cook on LOW for 2 hours.
Turn off the crock-pot and allow the mixture to cool completely.
Once the mixture is cool, add in the alcohol and stir.
Store in Sealed jars (canning jars with lids and rings) in a cool dry place.
Before drinking, give the jar a good shake. Remember drink responsibly.
