Crock-Pot Island Kielbasa

Crock-Pot Island Kielbasa

4 Ingredients in this simple and easy to make Island Kielbasa appetizer that is a crowd pleaser.

I love pineapple added in to certain recipes. When you use it in a sauce, it brings a natural sweetness to the recipe. But, when you grill it or saute it in a skillet, that natural sweetness caramelizes and the sweetness is taken to a different level. My kids laugh at me as I like adding chunks of pineapple to my pizza and I love adding in some sauteed pineapple to a burrito or even a taco.

Each bit of this appetizer needs one piece of kielbasa and one of pineapple. The salty of the kielbasa is only accentuated by the sweetness of the pineapple.
