Ingredients
  

  • 1 pounds Extra Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion diced
  • 3/4 cup Celery diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 11.5oz V8 Juice
  • 2 10.75 oz tomato puree
  • 2 15oz Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • 3/4 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce

Instructions
 

  • On the stove top, brown the ground beef. Drain any drippings.
  • Add the beef and the remaining ingredients to a 5 qt or 6 qt slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours stirring occasionally.
  • Serve with crackers.
