- 1 pounds Extra Lean Ground Beef
- 1 medium Yellow Onion diced
- 3/4 cup Celery diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 11.5oz V8 Juice
- 2 10.75 oz tomato puree
- 2 15oz Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried Parsley
- 3/4 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
On the stove top, brown the ground beef. Drain any drippings.
Add the beef and the remaining ingredients to a 5 qt or 6 qt slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours stirring occasionally.
Serve with crackers.
