Crock-Pot Chiken Alfredo

A nice Crock-Pot Chicken Alfredo made in the slow cooker. 3 hours from start to eat!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 16 oz Linguini Noodles
  • 1/3 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • In a slow cooker, add chicken, heavy cream, butter, and broth. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. 
  • Cook on high for 2 hours or until the chicken is cooked through. Transfer to a plate and shred with two forks, then set aside. 
  • Add the noodles and Parmesan Cheese to the slow cooker and cook until the noodles are tender. About 20-25 minutes
  • Return the chicken to the slow cooker and serve over noodles.
