Crock-Pot Ranch Pork Chops
Pork chops made in the slow cooker come out moist and delicious. I love the ease of making them and the amount of different recipes that you can choose from. I have a few favorite ways to make pork chops but am always seeking out new recipes. One thing that my kids could say about their mom is that dinner is never boring and the same old same old.
I look for good sales on whole pork loins at my local stores. When the sale is good, I have the butcher slice the loin to make boneless pork chops. I find that these are cheaper then buying pre-sliced chops and taste just as good. Package any extra in freezer bags to use for another meal.
This recipe has 4 ingredients but the dry ranch seasoning brings a ton of flavor to the sauce and the chops. I love serving this over egg noodles, white rice or even mashed potatoes making sure to pour the extra sauce over the top.
Remember pork needs to be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
