  • 1 Casserole crock-pot or 5 qt crock-pot or larger.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup All Purpose White Flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 10oz frozen spinach thawed and squeezed to drain
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in milk, flour and baking powder until well blended.
  • Next, add in cheese, spinach and onions.
  • Add mixture to slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours or until the middle has set and the edges have begun to brown.
  • Remove from heat and serve.
